English certificate: Owners of the Polish Card can study at the University in accordance with the principles that apply to Polish citizens or other priniples applying to foreigners. In this case the choice of a recruitment path is up to the foreigner, but the decision must be made before applying for studies. 

The citizens of member states of the European Union, member states of EFTA, EEA, Switzerland or the members of their families who have financial means necessary to cover the costs of living during the studies, can study in accordance with the same principles as Polish citizens (they cannot, however, apply for social scholarship, a special scholarship for the disabled or grants) or in accordance with the principles different than Polish citizens.
